TechGraspers reserves the right to adjust prices, products, and offers based on changing
market conditions, course discontinuation, provider price changes, advertising errors, or other
unforeseen circumstances. However, the price you paid at the time of purchase will remain valid

Refund Policy
TechGraspers reserves the right to postpone or cancel any event, class, session, or
internship, or to change the event location due to reasons such as insufficient
enrollment, unforeseen presenter absences, or circumstances like floods, earthquakes,
political instability, etc. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified before the start
date and will be offered either full credit towards a future event or a complete refund.
Please allow up to 30 days from the cancellation notice for refunds to be processed. We
recommend consulting a TechGraspers representative before making any travel
arrangements for workshops, events, classes, sessions, or internships.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE PARTICIPANT
Please note that once the fees are paid, they are non-refundable under any
circumstances.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE TECHGRASPERS
If TechGraspers needs to cancel an event/Session/Internship, you will be notified by
phone or email before the scheduled start date. In such cases, you will receive a full
100% refund of the course fee paid by the candidate. Please allow up to 30 days for the
refund process. This policy also applies to any partial or installment payments made for
courses, sessions, or internships.
RESCHEDULES BY THE PARTICIPANT
All rescheduling requests must be submitted via email, and the following rules will apply:

More than 15 days before the workshop/session/internship: Credit will be issued for
a future workshop.

Less than 15 days before the workshop: Credit will be issued for a future
workshop/session/internship, along with a 10% rescheduling fee based on the standard
course fee.
Please note that all cancellations will incur a 5% deduction from the refunded amount to cover
transactional costs. This deduction does not include any transactional fees incurred by the
customer during the initial online payment
Data Transfer
Your information might be transferred to and stored on computers situated outside of
your jurisdiction. By choosing to use our service, you are expressly agreeing to these
transfers.
Disclosure Of Personal Data To Third Parties
Personal information provided through the site may be used and disclosed to other entities and

products and services as well as for marketing and promotional purposes. Techgrapsers will not
